5th Annual RNDD Gallery Walk Preview – Part 3

Now in its 5th year, the River North Design District (RNDD) Fall Gallery Walk will return on Friday, September 6th & Saturday, September 7th 2019.  The RNDD Fall Gallery Walk is free and open to the public with the exception of two special events (more information here).

The walk will feature showrooms exhibiting designer vignettes from Chicago’s top designers as they showcase living settings highlighting artwork created by some of the brightest stars in the art world today. Showrooms will have extended hours during the event on September 6th until 9pm.  The vignettes will be exhibited until October 7th.

We have some really amazing collaborations in the works for this year and wanted to share a sneak peek with you.

Vincere featuring Vladimir Bachorik of Echt Gallery on exhibit at O’Brien Harris

501 North Wells St. Chicago, IL 60654

This installation highlights a glass-scape, integrating shape, scale, and color.  Some transparent, some translucent, and some in combination, the elemental nature of his work is both visual and tactile. Stunning as individual works, the grouping creates a dialogue and references a cityscape, or perhaps even an other-wordly terrain.  The sublime and stunning surroundings of O’Brien Harris further elevate this work.  Please join us for light bites and libations.
