Sophisticated Geometry at Casa Spazio

With the upcoming River North Design District (RNDD) event “Opening the Door to Inspiration,” we wanted to share a few of the RNDD showrooms that are currently inspiring us. The first being Casa Spazio.

River North’s Casa Spazio carries a collection of over 25 different luxury home decor brands, with products in a wide variety of styles and finishes. From a single lamp for your living room to a full kitchen makeover, Casa Spazio is able to accommodate projects of all sizes. Their goal is to create an elegant and modern living style for all of our client’s homes. And they don’t disappoint.

One of their products we are currently coveting is the Ax Ceramic Dining Table by Bonaldo, designed by Gino Carollo, which fits perfectly with the ceramic trend that seems to be happening at the moment. This geometrical and linear table was designed with the intention of eliminating fancy frills and getting back to the basics in terms of shape.

The table is completely customizable. It comes with a matte (graphite grey or iridium white) or glossy ceramic (Calacatta or Paonazzetto) top, and the base comes in painted metal with various color options or burnished metal. And you can choose either a fixed or extendible version as well.

The base is made up of two metal legs that criss-cross to form an X-shape which provides a solid foundation for the top, and creates a sleek sophisticated look for your dining room.
