6Congrats to Millie Rosenbloom, she is April’s Spotlight Broker.  Millie Rosenbloom can do it all. She has represented developers in land acquisitions and banks in REO deals; sold a hospital a golf course, apartment buildings, and a gravel pit; owned a 125-agent brokerage; and was the third woman president of the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2001. For the past five years, she has been ranked No. 1 at Baird and Warner out of 1,800 agents. In 2014, Rosenbloom was inducted into the Chicago Association of Realtors Hall of Fame.
